Amphora

Amphora. A Bulgarian variety, considered by Bulgarians to be an improved version of Kurtovskaya Kapiya.

Mid-early, Kapiya type, large, with a slightly curved tip. The fruit is 12-15 cm long, 5.5 cm wide, and 4-6 mm thick. The average weight is 150 g, although the first fruits can reach up to 250 g. The fruit is fleshy, intensely red, and has a rich peppery flavor and aroma.
