White Heart of Sofia. Selected by Sofia Saakova. Indeterminate, 2 m, mid-season. Fruits are pale lemon, almost white, and beautifully heart-shaped. In hot climates, a pale pink blush may develop. The flesh is dense, juicy, and very tasty, sweet with pale crimson irises. Fruit weight: 200-500 g.
