Giant Ozark Red

Giant Ozark Red. Sweet, deep-red fruits impress with a delightful sweet flavor (they're also eaten successfully green) when large, plump, and juicy. Sturdy plants that produce fruit are protected from the sun by dense foliage and should be supported, as fairly large crops of peppers can damage them. Large plants reach a height of 90 cm in 70-80 days from transplanting. They ripen very slowly to red, developing thick, crisp flesh and a delicious flavor in both green and red. Excellent raw, stuffed, and fried.
