Merişor

Merişor. An early, very productive variety bred by the Transnistrian Research Institute of Agriculture, Moldova. The bushes, 50-60 cm tall, with light green leaves and beautiful fruits, are very attractive. The fruits have an interesting shape, like rounded cubes, and their color changes from milky cream to deep red as they ripen. They are fairly uniform in size, weighing 80-130 g. The walls are thick, 8-10 mm. Suitable for salads, stuffing, canning, and processing.
