Elephant Ear

Elephant Ear. A vigorous plant with well-developed foliage that protects the ovaries from sunburn. It produces uniformly large fruits weighing 180–220 g. The pepper is elongated, slightly flattened, with 2–3 lobes, up to 20 cm long and up to 12 cm in diameter. As it ripens, the pepper changes color from green to deep red. The flesh is thick, juicy, and crisp, with a distinctly sweet flavor without bitterness.
