Ivaylovskaya Kapiya

Ivaylovskaya Kapiya. A new, unique Bulgarian variety of the famous Kapiya pepper. This mid-early, high-yielding variety is vigorous, reaching 80-120 cm in height. The fruits are elongated, with a pointed tip, slightly flattened on the sides, shiny, cherry-colored, and weigh 200-280 g. The wall thickness is 5-6 mm. The flesh is very juicy, crisp, and sweet, with a rich flavor and aroma. This variety is prized for its distinctive taste both fresh and in processed varieties.
